Questa crostata è uno dei dolci più buoni
che abbia mai assaggiato,
è semplicissima da fare e migliora con il passare dei giorni.
Unico obbligo.....

Ingredients for the pastry:
330 grams of flour, 130 grams of sugar

130 grams of lard (used if no butter)
2 eggs, 2 g of ammonia

300 g walnuts,
170 g butter, 170 grams of sugar

90 grams of honey.

First we make pastry and let it rest for a few hours in the fridge, you can also use
un'impastatrice
with hook leaf.
* Let the filling.
* In a saucepan put the butter, sugar and honey. 
Let melt, stirring occasionally and bring to a boil
keeping the flame low. 
At this point add the kernels and stir well. 
Remove from heat and let cool.
While the mixture cools a bit

Bake at 170 degrees (preheated oven)
for about 20-25 minutes.
