Wow has many wonderful programs (it's a Panasonic bread bakery), including those for sweet .... I tried it once but having a little flour in the house I made a corn bread mix making this really delicious .... . Sorry for the photos but they had done in the evening the lights are terrible so it has a strange yellow tinge that is actually not so strong ... Next experiment will be the cake of course being that I can not try a sweet :-).... so soon with more updates :-) sandwiches
Corn Bread
Ingredients 150 gr. fine ground corn flour
130 gr. 00
flour 1 / 2 packet of baking powder 1 teaspoon salt
15 g of butter
1 egg 1 teaspoon sugar 270 ml water
Put all the ingredients in the bowl, taking care to insert the first yeast and flour and then the liquid and start the program for basic bread bake with option (4 hours). Turn off the machine and churn evvenuta cooking immediately.
